Meet Shawn the brewer, nice guy and he talked about how he worked on getting their flagship beers to where they wanted them before the grand opening, which is this weekend February 18th.
The beers are very good, the EPA is my favorite. The IPA was a little light on flavor for me. And the stout would be great for breakfast.
